TO START YOUR BUSINESS?
"It’s a mix of my love for gardening and crafting - being able to share it with my neighbors! It led me to recognize the demand for locally produced crafts and locally grown, healthy food!"
IS THIS YOUR FULL-TIME JOB?
"Not yet! I also own a hair salon and have four children, but with the help of FMO, I'm now on track to increase sales locally and nationally."

“I've always believed that what we put into our bodies matters. I wanted to create a company people could trust, one that offers exceptional organic teas and botanical blends made with real ingredients, traditional herbal knowledge, and uncompromising quality. My goal has always been to help people slow down, enjoy the ritual of tea, and discover that wellness can begin with something as simple as a great cup.”
IS THIS YOUR FULL-TIME JOB?
“Not quite! I work full-time as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the operating room, but The Leaf and Cup has truly become my second full-time job. Between crafting new blends, sourcing premium ingredients, attending farmers markets and events, and growing our business across Texas and online, there's rarely a day off, but I wouldn't have it any other way.”

“First and foremost, I thank God for every opportunity He has given me. Being able to create something that brings comfort and joy to others is a blessing I never take for granted. Hearing that one of our teas has become part of someone's daily routine or helped them slow down and enjoy a quiet moment reminds me why we do what we do. Every customer, every order, and every kind word is a gift, and I'm deeply grateful that God has allowed me to serve others through The Leaf and Cup.”
