What does FMO take per sale?

A flat 15% + $0.25 per transaction. This includes sales during a free plan. This fee covers all payment processing, fraud protection, and platform costs. No listing fee. No advertising fees.

How does shipping actually work?

You can offer nationwide shipping, local pickup, or both - your choice. Our integrated shipping tools generate labels at discounted rates and tell you exactly what to charge buyers. You pack the order, we handle the rest.

Can I sell only to my local area?

Absolutely. You can set your storefront to local pickup only, or limit shipping to specific states or zip codes. Many of our sellers start local and expand nationwide once they're comfortable.

Yes. There are no contracts, no early-termination fees, and no hoops to jump through. Cancel any month and you keep your customer list, product data, and brand assets. We earn your business monthly.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to get started?

How do I get paid on Farmer's Market Online?

FMO processes payment securely through Stripe and pays sellers directly. Your earnings are tracked in your Sales and Inventory Dashboard, and payment is fast. Stripe typically take 4-5 days to complete the transfer to your account.
